overlap is not selling paid plans at this time, and overlap does not collect payment details anywhere in the product. There is therefore nothing to refund today.
30-day money-back guarantee on future paid plans
When paid plans open, a 30-day money-back guarantee will apply: if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can request a full refund within 30 days of your order date, no questions asked.
How to request a refund
Email us at support@overlap.app from the address on your order and we will arrange the refund. Once a payment provider is in place, the provider's own refund route will also be published here.
Cancellations
Paid subscriptions will be cancellable at any time from the billing page in overlap. Cancelling stops future renewals; you keep access until the end of the period you have already paid for.
